only option we have now is to update the app and only one app per workspace can be created which a kind of restrict the workspace usability.
If we can create multiple apps share it with different users without creating multiple workspace .. means same dataset no dataset replication, will save the storage as well.

Workspaces V0 9 3 X 2Currently we are not planning to allow multiple apps to be published from one workspace. Soon we will allow you to discover and use a dataset across workspaces. Once we have this capability, we believe much of the need for multiple apps per workspace will be addressed.
CommentsShared datasets do not address this issue. If you are using deployment pipelines or are separating content via dev, qa, spt and prod workspaces, you cannot modify the shared dataset to point to a different datasource (dev,qa,spt,prod) through the service. You can only do this from Power BI desktop. You will have to duplicate the shared dataset in any workspace you are using it in in order to solve this problem which defeats the purpose of using a shared dataset.
Multiple apps for one workspace would allow you to have all the datasets you need in one set of workspaces. This also allows you to secure reports through apps and separate access without the need of having to create multiple workspaces. This is very painful to do right now, especially when you are doing it for just 1 report. In turn you have to create 3 to 4 workspaces (dev,qa,spt,prod) just to secure 1 report for a set of users.
Please allow for multiple apps to be published on top of a single workspace.
Why not having 2 or more apps from one workspace? So one can customize app for the users needs.
There are often the same parts of reports that are useful for different levels of employees.

Please add this feature . Minecraft for mac 10.8.5. Also add option to list pages to bottom of the report , since current left side menu is very confusing.
